Northallerton ASC train 4 nights a week at Hambleton Leisure Centre and operates 4 main squads. Swimmers are placed in squads based on their ability which is assessed by the coaching using both objective timings, test sets and subjective observations of swimmers.

Swimmers are expected to turn up at least 5 minutes early to every session so they can take place in a dryside warm up before their session and all swimmers must also turn up with a water bottle. There is an expected kit list for each squad that can be viewed here and can be purchased via links on our club shop

Each club has the opportunity to send between 6 and 8 swimmers, this is at the discretion of the club Head Coach. Charge per swimmer is £3. If a club can’t fill all of its spaces please let Greg Ient (NASC) know and it will put out to the other clubs to invite some other swimmers along. Please could you send a list of swimmers who are going to attend to Greg Ient (NASC) prior to the session.
