Please see the below team sheet for the Saturday 11th March 2pm Warm Up at Bedale Leisure Centre.
Please respond to this email if your child can swim ASAP to ensure that we can put a full team forward for the meet.
Deadline RSVP: 20th February 2023, after this date reserves may be called upon and you may forfeit your place.
This meet is a Hambleton League competition against the other clubs in the district. As such, the age groups and the event order are different to the Moors League. Ages: Shall be considered as the competitor’s age as of the 31st December 2023
The ages will be 10/11yrs 12/13yrs, 14/15yrs and 16yrs+
The minimum age for league events shall be 9yrs by the 31st December 2023
All events will be swum under Swim England Rules and Technical laws
Swimmers must be swimming for their ‘Ranked Club’
Swimmers must be a member of the club for 28 days prior to the gala
Swimmers can swim up age groups
Swimmers can only swim in 2 individual races in the competition and two relays in their own age group (excluding the cannon)
When swimming up an age group they can only swim 1 individual race and up to 2 relays (excluding the cannon)
Gala Points awarded for placing’s in each of the races: shall be awarded
4 points 1st place
3 points 2nd place
2 points 3rd place
1 point 4th place
