As per previous communications, next weekend marks the start of the shut down period at Northallerton Leisure Centre (NLC) for the pool activities only. This closure is set to commence this Saturday 3rd June, and should be completed by Monday 17th July.
As a club we have put a significant amount of leg work into planning for the closure from our notification of works. This will involve utilising our other training site, Bedale Leisure Centre, to pick up the slack in our training schedule. This is an ideal opportunity to utilise the facilities that we have invested in for competition and training at the centre – including the starting blocks, timing systems and the state-of-the-art video analysis kit.
