There is lots happening over the next couple of months, here’s a round up of the upcoming galas and entry deadlines so you don’t miss anything:
RDASC Summer Madness Long Course Meet 2024
- Event date: Saturday 13th July 2024, at John Charles Centre for Sports Leeds
The NASC deadline for this meet is Wednesday 15th May 2024 @ 9pm. This is to ensure that we are ahead of the advertised deadline from RDASC to secure entries. The competition is first-come-first-served. Should there be any spaces a second wave on entries may be submitted.
This gala is suitable for all who qualify (please check entry times) – swimmers must be CAT 2 registered.

- Event date: 18th May 2024, at Bedale Leisure Centre

Moors League Time Trials
- Event date: Saturday 1st June 2024 (3:30pm warm up) at Bedale Leisure Centre.
Competition entry guidelines for this meet:
* Junior Otters – 1 race + 25m dash
* Junior Squad – 2 races in this competition (not including the dash)
* Development squad – 100 IM, 50m FC and 50m Form
* Senior Squad – 2 races in this competition (not including the dash)
* Age Group/Youth – 100IM, 50m FC and 50m Form

NASC Summer Time Trials
Deadline for entry extended to Sunday 26th May, 9pm, for NASC members.
- Event date: Sunday 2nd June 2024 (2pm warm up) at Bedale Leisure Centre.
This event is a full programme of 50m and 100m events, and 200m freestyle events licenced at level 4, ideal for open gala and County qualifying times.
This is set to be a great event to set some times looking ahead to Open galas and County level later in the year. This is also a great fundraising opportunity for the club, and we will also be selling sweets, cakes (donations very welcome), ice pops and holding a raffle.
This event helps to offset some of the running costs of the club. We therefore really need your support in attending and running this event to ensure it is a successful and enjoyable event. If you can help, no matter how small, please contact nasc@nasc.co.uk
