NASC entry deadline and form
- NASC entry closing date: 10pm Thursday 17th April 2025
- Entry form: https://nasc.co.uk/durham-sprints-2025/
With this being a first come first served gala, the closing date enables NASC to enter swimmers on the opening day of entries being taken, as well as look at possible relay options from those entering.

Swimmers must not have swum faster than the upper limit times published for the meet (see gala conditions above), for most if not all this will not be an issue but please do check. The upper entry times are based on 50m short course times. Estimated entry times will be submitted where a swimmer does not have a Swim England ranking time in a given event, so this is a great opportunity to post a new time and experience a different event, particularly for newer members, or those looking to achieve County or Regional qualifying times.
Should we have enough swimmers in age groups, we will also look at entering relays where possible. We need a good turn out to field competitive teams in the three age groups.
Swimmers are required to have Club Compete membership to enter this open gala event. If you need to upgrade your Swim England membership (or are unsure what membership you have) for this event and other open galas and regional / county events please email nasc@nasc.co.uk. This can be processed after the entry deadline providing it is in place for the event.
This is a Level 3 licensed event, enabling swimmers to achieve times for entry into Regional and County Championships. Want to understand the different license levels for events, click here to find out more: https://www.swimming.org/sport/licensed-meets/
Finally, if any of the above is too much information or confusing, please don’t hesitate to reach out and ask any questions, nasc@nasc.co.uk
